Ah, patriarch – such a rich, royal color, if I do say so myself. I had an urge to wear something modern but classy this week, and this dress is perfect. Also, have you ever noticed how well purple goes with red hair? All those redheads out there are lucky ducks! I’m glad I have SL to express my inner fire. ;-)

I also have been loving this hairstyle this week; if you haven’t already noticed, I wore it in my summer Seasons Hunt post {here}. It’s so carefree and cute, I adore it! Elikapeka Tiramisu always does a wonderful job at creating any hair our SL heads desire.

Finally got around to blogging a new Maitreya item!

Whenever I hear there’s a new item at Maitreya, I get so excited. Maitreya’s products are always high quality, well made, and drop-dead gorgeous. This boyfriend style shirt is no exception to Maitreya’s excellent legacy, but the only thing I wish was that the shirt was released in some patterns and a few other colors. That’s all! You could definitely wear this shirt as is, it certainly is long enough and the size is adjustable, but I’m trying to keep it PG here. ;-)

What else? I feel like I haven’t blogged in a while, and I miss you guys! As I mentioned a little while ago, I’ll be away on vacation next week so blogging obviously won’t be a priority, but I am going to try my best to throw up a quick 52 Weeks of Color Challenge post for that week!

Simplicity at its best.

Remember when I said I had missed many releases in my absence? Well, at least I didn’t miss The Dressing Room‘s latest collection! This dress is simply too fabulous for words, don’t you agree? I’m totally into the pattern trend this summer, so I knew I had to invest in this gorgeous piece from MichaMi!

Another item I’d like to spotlight, again, is this amazing hair from Exile. I just can’t get over my love for it, I’m sure this hair won’t leave my head for quite a while!

I am a true Second Life fashion addict – I love to shop and read others’ blogs about fashion. My inspiration? Second Style Magazine and Felicity Blumenthal’s ‘My Second Closet’ blog, both of which I completely adore! I hope to meet those standards someday, even if it’s no time soon!
